Ben's 2nd Birthday Party

The weekend of January 22nd we went to Houston to celebrate Ben's 2nd birthday. John has been a great friend of Laird's and we are the godparents of Ben's. They have a great house for entertaining and having guests. They had a great party with a jump castle and have a great yard for the kids. We started the weekend on Saturday with the girls going to Dad's day at school.

Ok, finally got some Halloween pics posted in January. I guess there were some pics that were not posting so I am just posting a few pics. Brooklyn was a cowgirl and Tinkerbell and Stella was a butterfly. I thought Brooklyn would only like Tinkerbell but she only wore Tinkerbell to school. She was a cowgirl for everything else. It seemed like Halloween had more festivities than Christmas.

Thanksgiving at the beach with the cousins

Ok so I need to post all of our other Fall Fun including Halloween but I have been having trouble posting. So maybe I have figured it out. So stay tuned for more posts...

We spent the weekend before Thanksgiving in Galveston and rented a beach house with my family. We split the house with Katie and it was perfect. It was warm enough that the kids played on the beach each morning building sand castles and Brooklyn even kind of liked the sand. The cousins played so well together and we had a great car trip so it made for a great trip. When Stella and Finn start playing together it is going to be great! They are still parallel playing and love their mommies so not there yet.

Fall Fun!

Ok so I am backtracking a little. For some reason I still have some pics from our fall activities that will not load but I got these to load. This was our visit to the Dallas Arboretum to their Pumpkin Patch.

Country Critter Day

At school they have a Country Critters and Pumpkin Patch Day. They set up a barn with animals and then take their pictures on the hay bales. The parents get to come and help out. This year I had both Stella and Brooklyn's class to go to. It was fun getting to go to both of their classes.
