Kim and Rob's shower

We hosted a couples shower at our house for Kim and Rob. It was a great party. Jennifer and her mom kept our babies upstairs and Brooklyn cried for 2 hours. Brooklyn is experiencing stranger danger as Trevor says.

9 months

Brooklyn was 9 months yesterday. She is crawling well and starting to pull up on things. She claps her hands a lot. She had her 9 month checkup today and she weighs 16 lbs and is 28 inches long. She is in the 10th percentile for weight. She is a little girl but does have some chunky monkey thighs. Her head size is the 83rd percentile so I guess all of her calories are going to her brain.

Trip to the Zoo

We went to the Fort Worth Zoo last week with 3 other babies. It was a zoo at the zoo. It was a big outing. We did not see many animals because it is a little hard to see much when you have 4 babies. I think it was really for the adults. Here are a couple of pics. Brooklyn is the one in the middle.

Miller and Brooklyn

We went to Houston last weekend because Laird played in a golf tournament. Brooklyn hung out with her cousin Miller. Here are some pictures from the weekend. Miller is coming to visit us this weekend because we are throwing Kim a couples shower in Dallas. Stay tuned for more pictures of the duo. Miller is going to be getting Brooklyn into a lot of trouble. He is mischievous.

Day at the Arboretum

We went to the Arboretum today with Aunt Kim. We had a picnic and took some spring pictures with the flowers.

Brooklyn's Crawling

Brooklyn started crawling just after her 8 month birthday. She is starting to get the hang of it. She still has no teeth. Everyone asks why she does not wear bows but they do not stay and I hate to lose them. Notice her orange nose... I promise I feed her more than carrots.

Kim's bachelorette party

Kim's last night out with the girls was this past weekend. There were about 20 girls and we went to Possum Kingdom Lake. We really just chilled but I get more sleep at home with Brooklyn in one night than I did in 2 nights there. It was fun!! Kim's got lots of goodies for the honeymoon. Brooklyn stayed at home with her dad and did really well. Here is a picture from the weekend. Kim would not let me post the naughty ones...just kidding Kim!
